I’m getting these weird muscle spasms in my feet. The muscles in the tops and sides of my feet will lock up and pull my toes into strange-looking contortions.
I have no idea what is causing this. It could just be exercise. I used to get charley horses in the calves of my legs after riding my bike all day. I’ve taken to steering to avoid those. Maybe I should stretch the muscles in feet as well? That seems to help relax them afterwards.
It’s all just so damned weird, this getting old crap. Pains in places I didn’t know existed until I was over fifty.
