The parents of Humayun Khan were on the stage at the Democratic convention that nominated Hillary Clinton for president. It was one of the more moving moments of a rather bland convention, aside from Bill Clinton’s apology to Hillary for being Bill Clinton.
He spoke briefly and poignantly about his experiences being an immigrant to the United States, the father of a soldier that gave his life for his fellow soldiers. He challenged Donald Trump to read and follow the requirements of the constitution, brandishing his copy of the document for all to see.
…and then the shitshow started. Donald Trump wasn’t having any of this. Being chided by a Muslim was something that his carefully selected basket of deplorables wasn’t going to forgive him for letting pass him by. He had to answer the challenge, and he did it in typical Trump fashion; he blew himself up with his own words.

..and then he went on to compare stealing his family’s fortune and dissipating it into nothingness while robbing his contractors blind and golfing incessantly to losing a child in war. That is what the sociopath thinks of as his sacrifices, equal to the Khan’s. Well, she had something to say, after all.
When Donald Trump is talking about Islam, he is ignorant. If he studied the real Islam and Koran, all the ideas he gets from terrorists would change, because terrorism is a different religion.
Donald Trump said he has made a lot of sacrifices. He doesn’t know what the word sacrifice means.

But the Trump shitshow didn’t stop. It had only just begun. It was Trump that turned this into a race issue by being the fascist demagogue that he is, to answer Stephanie Matthews‘ original complaint directly. That the DNC made room on the stage for targets of Trump’s hatred, his stormtrumper’s hatred, was nothing more than clever political strategy on the part of the Democrats and/or Hillary.
Now Donald Trump will destroy himself, caught in the crux of his own hypocrisy, aided by the people who blindly support him (conservative organs already creating conspiracy theories discrediting the family and the soldier without ever stopping to think what that says about them) unable to let the most minor slight of his character go unanswered.
This is just one of the many, many facets of Trump’s character that will be laid bare for the entire world to see as this farce of an election spins on.
But. But. This strategy on the part of the DNC and/or Hillary proves her ability to serve as the president. That the family of that soldier was willing to play the part asked of them is a tribute to them and their son. A president has to be able to use whatever tools are available to them. This is what statecraft looks like. This is what politics IS. What it will probably always be.
If you don’t like it, don’t pay attention to it. But this is how you win an election, whether the person running is someone you love or someone you hate.
So let me get this straight. I just want to be clear on what is being said here. Zbigniew Brzezinski is a mastermind in a plot more than 40 years in the making, a plot to get Muslims into the U.S. military in larger numbers so that?
What?
What is the purpose of this plot? That Muslims in the U.S. Military would be more likely to shoot Americans? More sympathetic to a international cartel taking over the U.S.?
Why are these people convinced Muslims want to invade the U.S.? Why would they need to? When if they want to live here they just have to buy property here, move here, and stay 14 years? It’s not like there are barriers to immigration for people of means.
He could never be a hero. That is why he hates them.
