What is a more accurate observation is that his behavior concerning the drug company he purchased brought him to the attention of regulators; regulators who then discovered that, oops, this idiot has been screwing people for years. What it proves is that there isn’t enough regulation on Wall Street, and what regulation there is, Wall Street is trying to have removed.
What we need is law and order applied to the white collar crime, for a change.
